Cruga Biltong was set-up in 1998 with the aim of making the best Biltong in the UK.
Marinating to a secret family recipe using the finest herbs and spices available, then air-drying, hand-trimming and cutting to produce conveniently-sized slices has created a growing legion of loyal fans. Our range includes Original, Peppered and Chilli biltong as well as Kudu, Ostrich, Springbok, Beersticks and Chilli Bites. Which means there's something for everyone.
In addition to our meaty snacks we also sell a range of South African foods and beverages from our shop and butchery in Milton Keynes and our online store.
